"Frustrating Experience with Cartridges"
I had to reach out four times just to receive my cartridges. It took more than two months! Seriously, steer clear of these because the ones I got didn’t print in black on my HP printer. I tested a couple of the refurbished ones that came in, but the printer said there was no black ink, so it wouldn’t print at all. Eventually, I used an original HP black cartridge, and everything started working perfectly. Just spend a bit extra and go for the original HP cartridges.

I've consistently discovered the ideal cartridge for my printer at a great price. The shipping is speedy, and if you keep an eye out for discounts, it can even be free. These cartridges have consistently performed well in my printer and have a long lifespan. Overall, I plan to stick with them as my go-to ink provider.

"Did I receive my refund?"
I've always bought my ink from Printerinkrefills. So, I went to order some and noticed they had a sale going on. Awesome, right? But then, the website was acting up, and I had to pay the regular price at that moment. The next day, I saw they fixed the issue and were still giving out the discount. So, did I actually get that discount? Not too sure. After a personal call from Printerinkrefills, they assured me that the discount would still be honored despite the online hiccups. I think that's pretty classy, especially for someone like me who doesn't buy in bulk.

For quite a few years now, I've been getting remanufactured cartridges from Printerinkrefills, and I've never had any issues. Just recently, I noticed a difference between what was listed on the site and what showed up in my cart. They fixed it right away without any fuss.
